Purchasing & Supply Assistant
GAZIGNAIRE is recruiting a Purchasing & Supply Assistant.
Reporting directly to the Purchasing & Subcontracting Manager, the Purchasing & Supply Assistant will work in support of the operational teams, to facilitate the various stages of the purchasing process in accordance with the Quality policy defined by the Management.
MISSION & JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordination of the migration within the framework of the implementation of a new ERP:
- Analyze, structure and encode the product and supplier repository;
- Identify, investigate problems with the ERP;
- Provide training and assistance to end users;
- Report problems;
- Perform full life cycle testing;
- Produce processes / user guides.
Purchasing Administration:
- Support the purchasing process, enter purchase orders and monitor procurement;
- Participate in the verification of the regulatory validation of products in relation with the Regulatory Affairs department;
- Ensure the verification and computer entry of supplier delivery notes and invoices;
- Archiving of data.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Mastery of the Office package;
- Knowledge of purchasing processes;
- Ability to work independently, with rigour and method;
- Knowledge of an ERP would be a plus (Sage X3, Sage Line 100).
You are rigorous, dynamic, able to make proposals, capable of adapting and have a taste for communication with multidisciplinary
multidisciplinary teams.
