At the heart of the Mimosa dealbata harvest
Since the opening of the Mimosa dealbata harvest in the Pégomas and Tanneron massifs, we received today the visit of the middle and high school students of the Jean Rostand school in Pégomas. These visits are an opportunity to discover the singularities of this historic plant in our territory. Sharing about the different stages of flowering, crop associations or the biodiversity associated with the cultivation of Mimosa are moments of transmission of local know-how and heritage.
