This year it’s Benzoin that we celebrate in a limited edition of scented candles, made by LA PARFUMOTEC, to send you our best wishes.

This scented candle is made from a Benzoin resinoid (Styrax tonkinensis). A tree native to the mountains of the Luang Prabang region of Laos, Styrax tonkinensis has been integrated into a traceable and certified organic farming sector since 2023. Producers carry out tree tapping operations in summer to collect the resin at the beginning of the year (about 6 months after tapping). Upon receipt of the tears of benzoin, we carry out the alcoholic extraction at our site in Pégomas to obtain the resinoid. This sector is thus integrated into our sustainable sourcing programs.
