JeJean GAZIGNAIRE-Groupe MUL has joined forces with AGRUMARIA CORLEONE to create a Fair For Life organic Lemon Essential Oil chain in Sicily. Jean GAZIGNAIRE and AGRUMARIA CORLEONE share the same values around local roots, product quality and the transmission of know-how. Since 2021, they have been carrying out a social and environmental diagnosis to offer a direct supply chain to producers, reducing the number of intermediaries (cooperatives or distributors). This is the first Lemon Essential Oil to be Fair For Life certified. It pays producers a decent wage and supports the local industry by creating a dedicated development fund to develop innovative, sustainable farming practices.
